Tom has been making toys for over 30 years with most being his own designs. He has been woodworking since the 1950's in his father's workshop and he does requests. Requests are accepted usually from photos. The artist began taking private art lessons in the third grade and oil painting two years later.

Specializing in landscapes has been a passion, doing a lot of barns, snow scenes and Amish scenes in Ohio and West Virginia. Since coming to Florida 35 years ago, Tom has been doing beach and marsh scenes, many from his own photos. More recently the local birds have become a favorite subject.
