Sue Hidalgo is an acrylic artist who studied art in high school and college.  After raising her family and retiring from teaching piano, she returned to her love of art and studied oil and acrylic painting with several professional Florida artists. She finds the inspiration for her paintings from gorgeous Atlantic Ocean, the local birds, and the beauty of the natural Florida landscapes.

Sue has been a member of the Ormond Beach Art Guild, Palette and Brush Club, and the Flagler County Art League. She has exhibited her work in the Casements of Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach Art League, and  the Ormond Beach Library. Sue has shown and sold her paintings at the Gallery of Local Artists in Flagler Beach for the last four years. Her works are in art collections in Missouri, California, Florida and Georgia.
